Activities and Interactivity

An indoor and outdoor Demonstration Area will host displays for visitors throughout the Sports Show. This provides the opportunity for sports organisations to demonstrate their abilities and products in a number of movement-based disciplines including gymnastics, dance, martial arts etc.

Many interactive sports and activities will be hosted throughout the exhibition, encouraging visitors to take part and to demonstrate products in action.

Exhibitors, celebrities and experts in the sports and fitness industry will be offering advice and guidance on themes associated with the Sports Show, including rehydration and fitness on Race Day.

• Dance City – various dance demonstrations

• RFU training & tag rugby
• David Lloyd – variety of aerobic and fitness displays
