With activities, demonstrations and retail areas, the Bupa Great North Sport & Fitness Show encompasses the finest sport and fitness suppliers creating an unrivalled sporting experience in the North.
The Sports Show is held in conjunction with the Bupa Great North Run, the worlds biggest half marathon. The Show is an important component of the Great North Run week of sporting activities, with all Great North Runners gaining FREE entry to the exhibition.
What is it all about?
Based on the themes of Health, Fitness, Sport and Nutrition, the Show is designed to deliver information to all age groups on the benefits of an active lifestyle and participation in sport. The exhibition will be promoting numerous elements of health and fitness including:

- Clothing & Footwear
- Nutrition & Hydration
- Interactive
- Pasta Party
Runners, spectators and the general public can interact with the sport and fitness industry all under one roof. The Show will cover over 3,200m² of floor space in the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena with additional outside activities.

Friday: 10.00 – 16.00
Saturday: 10.00 – 18.00
